Attn: Anarchists! This Friday 27th February at 12noon the first Open WOD 15.1 will be announced on the CrossFit Games website & will also be posted on our blog & Facebook page immediately following.
This will continue each Friday for the next 5 weeks with WODs 15.2, 15.3, 15.4 & 15.5 being announced each week.
We currently have 21 registered with a couple days remaining & we will be running judged workouts each Saturday morning for the next 5 weeks commencing at 6am.
As in previous years, from Wednesday there will be a booking sheet in reception for you to secure your 30min time slot prior to Saturday.
Depending upon how many Judges we get we will be running 3 to 4 athletes at a time through each WOD so that we can wind it all up by mid morning if possible. Times may vary a little depending on the actual WOD announced, but we expect that this may only be by 5-10mins if at all, so we are allowing 30mins each & will adjust if need be.
The box will be open from 5.30am Saturday for pre WOD mobility & warm up but you MUST be warmed up in the heat prior & ready to start your WOD at your time to avoid delays.
Games WOD Briefing commences at your booked time slot then its 3.2.1...GO!
If for any reason you cannot complete your WOD on any given Saturday, it is your responsibility to arrange with a judge to have your workout verified, at a time that suits you both.
WOD scores need to be submitted & finalised by 10am Tuesday so you must have completed your workout prior to this time.
Each week you will have Friday after 12pm, Saturday morning, all day Monday and early Tuesday morning to complete your workout.
The more Judges we can get the better guy’s.
Currently our Registered Judges at CrossFit Anarchy are: Tony, Shannon, Carmen, Roxy and Chris at this stage, with a couple others hopefully doing theirs soon too.

However...Those who are not participating in the Open, are more than welcome to still come and do the WOD but there will be no formal class run.**
