So How Do I Get Started?
Everyone who trains in our CrossFit classes starts by booking into our foundational movement session. Duration for these sessions is approximately 90 minutes. These sessions are an introduction to the CrossFit movements and the ethos of CrossFit Anarchy. Your first session will be a one on one session or a small group session where you will learn the more technical foundational movements of CrossFit. This session is compulsory for all new members prior to starting group sessions.
We will show you how CrossFit works and why you will love training with us.
Come along and then once you have completed this you may jump into our general sessions and get started on your CrossFit journey.
