So How Do I Get Started?
Everyone who trains in our classes starts by booking into our foundational movement session.
Duration for these sessions is approximately 60 minutes. These sessions are an introduction to the movements and the ethos of Anarchy Fitness.
Your first session will be a one on one session or a small group session where you will learn the more technical foundational movements that are included in our classes. This session is compulsory for all new members prior to starting group sessions.
Cost of this session is $75. The session could be shared with more than person if you are joining with a friend.
We will show you how our workouts run and why you will love training with us.
Come along and then once you have completed this you may jump into our general sessions and get started on your journey at Anarchy Fitness.
