I am always very proud of our Athletes at CrossFit Anarchy and for October I am exceptionally proud to announce that Georgina Rawiller is our Athlete of the Month. A sporting background is Not something Georgina has ever had. In fact shes battled with weight issues all her life. 11 months ago she made a decision to do something about it and joined Body Renovations for a personal training program. When she gained enough confidence she then slipped into our CrossFit training program.
Georgina is one of the most inspirational people we have ever trained. She has been well and truly taken out of her comfort zone on many occasions but she has never made a fuss or whinged or whined about how hard it has been.
She is still a work in progress but now she is 50kg lighter, over 200cm smaller, a whole lot leaner, stronger, and fitter and dare I say it...sexier!!! Well Done Georgina, I can't wait to see what you can do over the next 6-12 months!!! Read more about Georgina's story below.
