Not only he has lost over 70kg in his weight loss journey in this box, but he has become a true athlete in the process. He has competed in the CrossFit Games Open. He's a regular competitor in Obstacle Course Racing usually finishing in the top 15%. Chris has gone from barely surviving to absolutely thriving and has gained a quality of life most people only dream of. Keep up the great work mate, we need people like you to look up to!!!
