Of course most of us already knew this was always the case and are regularly enjoying the benefits of healthy egg consumption.
Eggs contain healthful choline used for fat metabolism, cell membrane formation, improved nerve and brain function, reduced breast cancer risk, and lower homocysteine and C-Reactive Protein levels.
