Where do I start? Sit down and make a list of the things you are happy with, or make you happy, i.e. job, family, house… These are the positives we want to keep in check!
Then write a list of the things you’d like to change or do better in the New Year, i.e. eat less junk, start training/exercising with a fun group of people doing CrossFit, learn how to shop and cook to be healthy, be more outdoors, make new friends…
Once you know the “what”, then you can work out the “how”…
Maybe make one of your New Year Resolutions to come to a class at CrossFit Anarchy to meet our awesome and friendly little community, and tick off more than one of those things on your list you will make new friends, get advice on nutrition and get fit training with a fantastic group of people! Note the “get fit”, you don’t have to be fit to start CrossFit because it will make you fit!

To all my current Anarchy members... Before 2014 New Years Resolutions are finalized, we encourage you to take a step back to recognize, reflect and celebrate the major and minor goals we have met this year.
After you take the time to acknowledge those 2013 achievements, you can begin to confidently construct a realistic 2014 goal. Few people have goals of “just wanting to be average.” We make goals because we want to become a better version of our self.
From Day 1, CrossFit Anarchy athletes push themselves further than their average self, they make a commitment NOT to remain average. Because they are challenged mentally, physically and emotionally they are often viewed as being “Above Average.” If you ask them, many will tell you that things they didn’t think were possible are now a reality.
After our athletes push themselves we take the time to recognize everyone’s achievements and efforts. Overcoming a challenge and taking a few minutes to celebrate the achievement with friends on a daily basis will undoubtedly set you up for a new found Happiness in 2014!
2014 Challenge for every Anarchy Member.
What gets measured get’s IMPROVED!!
