It is with great pleasure that we announce our AOTM for May 2016 - Robyn Slot
The AOTM award always goes to someone who exemplifies what we look for in our members.
They must have a high level of attendance, they must be supportive and encouraging of other members, they must coachable, they must lead by example, and they must do their best each time they enter the box...etc...Robyn definitely meets this criteria!
Robyn stumbled upon CrossFit purely by accident. She was sent on a detour and found herself driving past the box. She decided to drop in and see what CrossFit was all about and try out a session.
since that day she hasn't looked back.
Robyn has embraced every challenge that Crossfit has thrown at her and has become a valuable member of our Crossfit community.
While she is quite by nature, as she settles in, her wicked underlying sense of humour has started to shine through and always puts a smile on the faces of those she is WODing with.
