It is with great pleasure that we announce our AOTM for October 2015 - Karen Jones
The AOTM award always goes to someone who exemplifies what we look for in our members.
They must have a high level of attendance, they must be supportive and encouraging of other members, they must coachable, they must lead by example, and they must do their best each time they enter the box...etc...Karen definitely meets this criteria!
Karen was introduced to Crossfit by a friend and soon fell in love with it. Success and progress comes from hard work, dedication and discipline and Karen proves this every day, not just in the Box but in all areas of her life.
Karen is a quite achiever who contributes on so many levels around the box, she is an amazing asset to the Anarchy community.
