Congratulations "Battery Matt" Lakey!!!
Matt is a real asset to our little CrossFit Community. He's one of the the first to pitch in and offer a hand if things need to be done. He always encourages others, he's very supportive and helps make new people feel a part of the Anarchy Team.
Matt consistently works hard, he is very coachable and his skill level has increased immensely over the months that he has been a member of CrossFit Anarchy. He has recently progressed from pull ups, to Chest To Bar Pull Ups, to now getting his first Bar Muscle Up!!!
Our AOTM award is in recognition of those who have consistently worked hard and exemplify what we look for here at the box. Matt displays all these qualities and more...
