Partner relay races - take turns to complete AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
A) Shuttle run 5 x 30m
B) Hand release pushups (sets of 10)
C) Squats to a ball (sets of 10)
D) Medicine ball situps - 5kg (for total reps)
E) One arm DB snatches 30kg/20kg (sets of 5)
G) Burpee long jumps x 30m
3 minute break between exercises.
