It is with great pleasure that we announce our AOTM for August 2016 - Steve Curnow
The AOTM award always goes to someone who exemplifies what we look for in our members.
They must have a high level of attendance, they must be supportive and encouraging of other members, they must coachable, they must lead by example, and they must do their best each time they enter the box...etc...Steve definitely meets this criteria!
Like many misguided souls that train at conventional gyms, skip leg day and can bench more than they squat, Steve wishes he had made the switch to Crossfit years ago!!
Steve has shown a steady improvement in strength and even gymnastic ability since starting CrossFit.
His wicked sense of humour and entertainment keep the 5pm crew entertained and smiling.
Steve has become a great asset to our community, it is great to have him as part of our team.
Looking forward to seeing how the 'Steve Curnow Experience' goes in their first ever comp.
Congratulations Steve you are a deserved recipient of our AOTM Award
